If you are a citizen or resident of United States, you are required to report your foreign bank account(s) holding more than $10,000 at any time during the preceding year. FinCEN 114 is the new form (formerly used TD 90-22.1) to report the foreign bank account(s). The due date of the filing is by June 30, 2014.
