Sam Kan, CPA, shareholder
With expertise in domestic and foreign tax and accounting services, Sam brings more than 10 years of experience to our team.
Sam’s extensive experience in many industries includes non-profits, the food industry, retail, education, health care, telecommunication, manufacturing, automotive industry, as well as his unique import/export expertise.
Enthusiastic, creative, and qualified, Sam has helped countless businesses identify their opportunities to minimize tax liabilities. He prides himself on bringing solutions to entrepreneurs and helping grow their business.
Education and Certifications:
Sam graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a B.S degree in accounting. He then started his career in public accounting in the SF/Bay Area and obtained his CPA license in 2003. He continued his education and received his master’s Degree in Taxation from California State University, East Bay in 2009

Wilson Wong, MS Finance, Senior Accountant
Background:
Wilson has extensive experiences in providing tax, accounting and payroll services in various industries including:
Non-profit, food, manufacturing, property rental, retail, insurance, publishing and construction industry.
Education and Certifications
Wilson graduated from California State University at East Bay with a B.S. degree majoring in Accounting, and earned a M.S. degree majoring in Corporate Finance at Golden Gate University.
Business Affiliations and Other Activities
He enjoys playing basketball, reading and cooking.

Carmen Wong, MBA, staff accountant
Carmen has a few years of experience in providing bookkeeping services to small business companies in the Bay Area.
Education and Certifications
Carmen obtained her B.S of Business Administration with concentration in financial analysis and international business ay State University of New York at Buffalo in 2007 and later obtained her MBA with concentration in Accounting at Keller Graduate School of Management in 2011.
Business Affiliations and Other Activities
Carmen is a member of American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB). She enjoys traveling and hanging out with her family.

Helen Yuan, CPA, MS Accounting, staff accountant
Helen specializes in providing full charge bookkeeping services to clients. Full charge bookkeeping services include AP and AR, monthly closing, payroll, sale tax, etc.
She also has experience in preparing tax returns for individuals and corporations.
She has extensive experiences for various industries such as local restaurants, retail , news media, and property management companies.
Education and Certifications
Helen got her master of accountancy degree from Golden Gate University and obtained her CPA license in 2013.
